WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
My aim is to recreate a yoga experience as similar to a studio class as possible.
I will be filming using a tripod and wireless microphone for exceptional audio and visual quality.
I encourage you to find a clear space, with nice lighting and your yoga mat. You may wish to light a candle, burn some incense or put on a diffuser
DO I NEED YOGA PROPS?
It is not essential to have your own props. I will always offer alternatives if you don't have props at home. Otherwise you can order them online or buy them from most department stores.
Ideas for alternatives include:
Bolster: two rolled towels
Block: text book
Strap: belt or towel
WILL THERE BE MUSIC?
Having background music during your yoga class is a personal choice. I will email you a link to a Spotify playlist before each class so if you would like to play music through your laptop, phone or a speaker you can.
HOW DO I START THE CLASS?
After registering for the class, I will send you an email with a link to join the Zoom meeting. The classes will begin with a brief introduction and then I will ask everyone to turn their microphones off and give me a thumbs up to ensure they can hear me clearly. I encourage everyone to be ready and online 10-minutes prior to the class to ensure all technical details are resolved prior to the class starting.
