VIRTUAL YOGA

I want to offer you the gift of yoga in this difficult time, as each day comes with a wave of emotion for all of us as we venture into the unknown.

I encourage everyone to continue practicing yoga, breathing, and meditation. Remember that these are the times when our yoga practice is most necessary: the resiliency tools you cultivate on the mat are ones that you are capable of applying in times like these. Now is the time for us to tap into the well of compassion and gratitude that our yoga practice teaches us.

VIRTUAL GROUP YOGA

Add to your at-home experience by scheduling a Virtual Yoga class. Group classes are a great way to stay connected, keep you motivated and keep your body moving. Group classes are 60 minutes and are accessed online through smart phones, ipads or a computer.


All classes will be delivered via Zoom please read through the FAQs carefully prior to booking.

VIRTUAL YOGA 1:1

Add to your at-home experience by scheduling a Virtual Yoga class. Private classes are a great option if you're new to yoga or concerned about an injury. Classes will be specifically tailored to meet your needs. Using my knowledge as a Physiotherapist, classes are designed to manage and address any injuries you may be suffering from. Private classes are can be booked in 30 minute and 60 minute time frames and are accessed online through smart phones or a computer.

Just a note to say thank you so much for the wonderful Pilates and Yoga classes, online via zoom, during this terrible COVID crisis. Your classes have had a really positive impact on my physical and mental health. I have really enjoyed getting stronger, fitter, and more flexible from training with you; my posture has also improved. I also like the way you check in with us at the end of each session and listen to how we are feeling. It is much appreciated. I'll miss working out with you virtually, now that daily life is returning to "normal", but I am happy to know there will be a few sessions to access on your website so I don't lose the gains that I have made.
